The Order of the Eastern Star is an organization for women and men, who practice the principals of charity, truth and loving kindness by dedicated service to their communities and their members.

Pond Chapter #853 of the Order of Eastern Star meets at the West Seneca Masonic Hall in West Seneca, NY.  Many of the members are relatives of Lodge members, and some of the Brethren are members as well.  It is chartered under the Grand Chapter OES New York.

The chapter derives its name from Annie M. Pond of the Pond Cosmetic company. Our collection fund is named for her husband Frank N. Pond.  Annie served the Grand Chapter OES NY as Grand Secretary from 1915 -1966.
